Boterkoek / Dutch shortbread
This recipe for Boterkoek comes from a Dutch cook book which my mom sent to me because I miss eating it while living in Wales. I don't know whether it's a traditional Dutch shortbread recipe, but it's definately a traditional recipe handed from mother to son (i.e. me) in my family :)
